Biography Originally from Bordeaux, born in 1973, Clade, first attracted by metallic pigments, made her first steps into the world of contemporary art as a visual artist in 2001. Through this original material, combined with some acrylics, this self-taught artist discovered a new way to satisfy a deep need to express herself and leaves "pop" in broad daylight across the cracked record of her early works . |

In 2004, she felt the urge to diversify her creations, focusing exclusively on acrylic paint to develop her mastery of this medium. She gradually learned to expand her palette of colours and their associations, began to explore different styles depending on what she sought to express, to eventually, since 2005, allow truly free rein to her imagination since 2005 through abstract art.
It is in the abstract, that beyond a simple desire, colours and more subtle variations reflect the different emotions of the artist. In 2007, to defuse a parallel stream of ideas that constantly abound in her head constantly, Clade gave rise to the concept of evolving magnetic arrays that allow her creations to never stay frozen in one state. She reveals this concept in two forms; one that is abstract in the continuity of what she has been developing since 2005, and the other figurative, depicting "anonymous" characters.
She is now working through a spatula, often very colourful and mostly abstract. She manages to reach their potential and to give depth to the unconscious projections that take shape in her works.
