An artist who loves diversity
My work is quite varied. Indeed, I have been painting for over forty years and I change all the time and explore new styles, new techniques.
Currently, I realize essentially abstract but I also paint landscapes and portraits. I want to represent the energy, movement, while reaching an equilibrium shape on the canvas.
In general, I like bright colors, movement, energy. I appreciate the rich and complex compositions in forms and symbols.
When I paint abstract, I do not think I n´intellectualise not my painting, I try just to express the energy that is within me, joy, desire, while seeking balance in the composition. I like to unleash my instincts, to the extreme you could say that I discovered that my hand painted with curiosity !
My country, my culture influenced my work. But more than my country, I think these are the countries where I travel that influence my work.
And to be quite full, I must say that my wife plays an important role in my inspiration, my son thinks it´s her that I have been painting ever.
Adept of acrylic
After experimenting with other types of paintings, I now use exclusively with acrylics. Particularly as it dries more quickly, which is essential for me that produces new paintings daily and exposes both sides of the Atlantic. I´m so easily able to roll them and send!
Otherwise, I paint about 10 hours a day, every day. I am therefore more tables daily, as I like to paint instinctively, quickly, with large movements without much restraint.

From Small size ... to giant murals !
While I realize for Carré d´Artistes ® in smaller sizes, I did in my life many murals, some over 100 meters in length. It´s so fun to go from one format to another. This summer, in the same month of July, I painted a piece of 27m in length for the city of Gorliz and another 10cm Square artists!
The most famous fresco has been conducted for the United Nations pavilion at World Expo in Vancouver in 1986: "A World United" 10m x 30m.
