Painting - a space of liberation
This is an immense pleasure in being able to create a space of artistic freedom where the inquisitive, poetic mind can stroll throught the different moods of earth, fire or light.

Catching the light
I first do sketches and studies before painting my work onto canvas.
I work with oil paint, I love its smoothness and flexibility, its ability to undergo all the chromatic possibilities. I frequently apply the paint with palette knives to give my paintings the slight relief that will catch the light.
Since I began paintings, I explored many painting techniques: pastel, watercoloru and acrylic, for which I also won awards just as I have for my oil painting.
I also derived great pleasure using various techniques such as drawing, icons, ceramics, and fresco.
However, each time I reverted to oil painting where living matter can be transformed at will, allowing me to express my inner world in constant discovery of new colorus and new structures.

Utilising shades I like to arrange utensils, bottles, bottles, jars ... and then use the colour forms by playing with the shaded tones, the colour tones and monochrome. I portray women who are successful and confident while retaining a hidden mystery ! |

In the world of the artist In conclusion I would say that the subjects are always interpreted in my own way. This is not a representation of reality, but a transfer of my inner world onto the canvas. |
