Morten Pedersen
Morten paints with oil and uses graphical tools. He draws his inspiration from nature and the biological processes they observe. "Very often, I begin to paint a first composition intuitive, guided by the harmony and contrast. My paintings can take several weeks to dry. I painted so many at once, then I hang in my studio. I watch them and try to find what direction to give them. This process can be repeated several times before the work is completed. "
His background : After studying art at a school in Copenhagen, he received private lessons by Canadian artist Steven James Back. He mades his first art exhibition in Spring 1998 in Copenhagen. Then, he mades several personal exhibitions in Paris and Copenhagen.
