Gemma Aguasca Solé

Gemma’s work illustrates scenes between fantasy and reality. She creates her designs around a central ubiquitous, almost distorted, character. The rest of the picture, the environnement, are built gradually and seem to be less important. It gives us clues, and transports us into a children´s story... She says her pictures are silent, but we reconized a succession of small moments of life that talk to all of us.

Her carrer : Gemma studied Barcelona. She graduated from the Llotja Barcelona illustration and sculpture in the University. She´s illustrator since 1994 and she´s publishing in various journals and books. She exhib in Barcelona.
