To the center of her works : humor, nature and childhool !
My goal is to exploit the color while telling of life in all its forms, with humor, tenderness and poetry. It is not to escape reality but to extract essentially the positive side. I added a touch of naivete !

I also try to get closer to the world of childhood in which I found so much freshness and spontaneity! Some people tell me I do not want to grow up. It´s too bad or good : |
I also drew my inspiration from nature, a true gift! Over the seasons, the landscape changes, the colors change, our moods too! So I enjoy observing my surroundings. Everything is an excuse to feed my imagination!

Finally, the harmony is also a major element in my approach. It is what brings balance to the work.
Assembly work to realize her paintings

I use mainly paper (painted by me in advance) which, once broken, will be stuck by juxtaposing or superimposing on the canvas. The assembly work from a simple sketch is long and requires great concentration. By choosing to tear paper, I do not always respect original design, I am guided by my instinct, by chance and everything is animated like magic ! |
Thus are born various subjects: children, couples, characters, landscapes and animals, following the inspiration of the moment always bearing in mind the desire to convey the joy and love of life...

Once the collage is complete, I set the background color, done in acrylic, by successive layers using spatulas, brushes ..
The period of execution of a painting depends on the size of the support recess but the subject and inspiration.
Exchanging and sharing inside the world of the artist
I am fortunate to live in a french region rich in both artistic and cultural. The exhibitions are not lacking. Exchanges with painters, sculptors, potters, creators of all kinds can stimulate and open up more.
I exhibit throughout France and Belgium. I even exhibited at a few original places : a trendy hair salon, a hotel (15th Pezenas 0), a restaurant in the vineyards on the locks (Canal du Midi), the Cinema Parisien ...

I collaborate with Carré d’artistes® since 2004 and always with great pleasure. I exhibited at Aix, Lyon, Toulouse, Paris, Barcelona, Lille and I am now in Strasbourg. I appreciate the very open and innovative side of this work. The dedications can meet the public but also to create links with collaborators Carré d´artistes®, to exhibit works of larger sizes and then to travel! " |
