Painting is a way of communication
"My painting finds it own origins in the ancient Flemish art, in that spellbound and magic world of Heronymus Bosh. In the middle age the art was a vehicle of communication (religious and philosophical). To look at a painting was as to read a book, a sacred text. My paintings are rich of symbols more recognizable than they bring to that times. And the true motivation of mine to paint is that to establish an interview with whom observes the picture, to speak that it directly touches the heart. Great influence has had the me the 1600 Baroque Italian, first among all Caravaggio."

An art living in a medieval world
I have chosen really the location of that medieval world. The women, the dames and the infantrymen that I paint can be interpreted to different levels of understanding, mine is a philosophical painting, I try to put on the cloths the human mind with all of his contradictions and, mainly the labyrinthine mystery of the Life, the man´s doubts, his fears and aspirations.

The creation of one painting of mine is always a different history. Me when I put me in front of the beg canvas or also to a dwarfish little 10 x 10 don´t know what I will go to paint, straight when I think about already having the theme and the subject to paint that it is the time that a different thing totally paints. I begin to trace some signs, of the lines, of the ellipses without not even thinking, continuing in this way |
The ideas come me you sprout him, the ideas and little by little the job him form, takes life the contours, the faces and job and job without standstill up to that it starts me to communicate some precise feelings. How long needs for painting one picture of mine? An instant or a whole life.

Artworks painted with acrylic and oil
On purpose for Carré d´ Artistes I paint on a thick cardboard and use of the acrylic details with which I succeed in giving endless tonalities, use however also a thinner, however, this is a secret.
In my pictures to cloth, also of great dimensions, over the acrylic one, I end the painting with the colors to oil.

In past, to learn me the art of the to paint, has performed a lot of copies of ancient pictures and I has painted outside many landscapes, I made this to learn the secrets of the "light." I have also performed paintings on wall, great pictures for the altars in italian churchs asked her and I have also made some sculptures with the terracotta, a lot of illustrations for the newspapers however the great and strong passion has remained that of the painting. |
Has happened me to perform a great mural painting inside an elementary school to 4 meters high, I painted on an iron scaffolding that tottered as if there pits the earthquake.
I must participate with different paintings to an international show in a Norman castle to Mesagne, a country of art in Italy.
