Already about 4 years ago I was invited to join Carré d´artistes. For me it was an exciting new challenge to find a new public for my paintings. To have the another opportunity to exhibit abroad . I had to send in 40 works and I was asked to make works of a specific size from 10 by 10 cm up to 30 by 30 cm. At that moment for me it was a big challenge. I remember that I was fantasising that it would be great if I could one day say, that I had sold these 40 works. My exhibition started in their gallery in Barcelona, in august 2006. During the past 3 years my work moved from Barcelona, to Bordeaux, to Paris and in october this year my work will be at the gallery in Toulouse. I had one dedicace in the gallery of Carré dártises in Bordeaux, in november 2008. It was a very nice experience. Meeting the people that work there at the gallery, they were very friendly and very helpfull. After some years I can tell, that joining Carré dártises, has brought me a lot of good things. Huub ragas

« I arrived back in England this afternoon after spending a very successful weekend with Guylaine and Jean in the St Andre gallery in Paris. The sales were very good for me especially and I really enjoyed being at the gallery painting. I think I sold 12 paintings including 5 or 6 large canvases. I´mvery pleased!
I would also like you and Clare to know how well I was treated by Guylaine and Jean as well as the other staff. They were very hospitable, friendly and really worked hard to make the dedication a success. I have written to them and thanked them personally, but I want you to know what fantastic people you have in Paris. They are very professional and hard working.
