Do you remember your first experience with art, in an old stuffy museum...? Why shouldn’t the discovery of art be fun and interactive ...
Carré d´artistes ® aims to make art accessible to all. Through permanent exhibitions of artists from around the world, Carré d´artistes® supports art and introduces the public to contemporary art
.
Naturally, Carré d´artistes ® wishes to appeal to children and offers a playful discovery of the art world through the galleries and artists on display.
To understand the role of colours, shapes, perspectives, and learn about different styles and techniques, children are invited to discover the works in a different light.
In 2012, Carré d´artistes ® proposes to adopt an educational approach around the well-known and still living Japanese contemporary artist, Takashi Murakami.
The workshops will be taught both on the basis of works by the artist Murakami and the works of artists from Carré d´artistes®.
Children will learn about contemporary art while having fun!
